Enterprise Transformation & Strategy
- Defined and executed an enterprise-wide Quality Engineering strategy for a globally distributed organization of 800+ IT professionals, supporting a large-scale modernization program. Achieved a 30% reduction in maintenance effort and an 80% reduction in production defects, significantly improving delivery stability and operational efficiency.
- Led a multi-country mainframe modernization program with a 100+ member global delivery team, embedding a shift-left Quality Engineering model across the SDLC. Enabled a 50% reduction in time-to-market, accelerating business responsiveness and digital transformation outcomes.
- Co-created Thoughtworks' Global AI Strategy as part of the Global AI Leadership Team, in partnership with the Chief AI Officer. Global Capability & Organization Building
